1. Account Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years
• Valid email address
• For iOS app: Apple ID and iOS device running iOS 15.0 or later

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Pricing

• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month (exclusive of VAT)
• Quarterly Plan: $24.99 per 3 months (exclusive of VAT)
• Annual Plan: $69.99 per year (exclusive of VAT)

Note: All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial period.

2.2 Payment

• Premium plans processed via Stripe (web) or Apple App Store (iOS)
• Recurring charges at the selected interval until canceled

2.3 Cancellation

• Web: Email justus@gizeno.com or manage through account settings
• iOS: Manage subscription through Apple ID settings or App Store
• Effective at next billing cycle

2.4 Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer the web interface or iOS app
• Launch DDoS attacks or brute-force attempts
• Share accounts with unauthorized users
• Use the iOS app on jailbroken devices
• Attempt to bypass in-app purchases

4. Liability Limitations

Maximum liability: Annual subscription fee ($69.99)

Excludes damages from:

• Browser incompatibility issues
• Third-party outages (e.g., Stripe/Apple services)

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• Chargeback abuse
• Payment processing issues
• Violations of Section 3

6. Dispute Resolution
